A First Exhibition, A New Fragrance, A Deeper Look
There are moments when things shift quietly, but decisively.
Our debut at Pitti Fragranze in Florence was one of them.
Held each year in the Renaissance setting of the Stazione Leopolda, Pitti Fragranze has
become one of the most respected gatherings in ‘Niche’ Perfumery, a place where independent houses, artists and perfumers present work that sits outside the expected. Less a trade show, more a cultural exchange, it offers a rare space for fragrance to be considered as craft, as narrative, and as art.
This year marked our first time exhibiting.
At Pitti, we introduced Sirenide, the fourth addition to the Force Majeure collection.
Sirenide draws from the darker side of maritime myth: not the romanticised siren, but something more ambiguous. Beautiful, but not entirely benign. The pull of the sea, rendered in contrast: salt and softness, allure and threat.
It continues the collection’s exploration of elemental forces, but shifts the focus slightly from violence and rupture toward something more insidious. A quieter danger. Something that draws you in before revealing its depths.
Bitter Almond, Sweet & Lethal.
