These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. Nonetheless, BeauFort London seeks to protect the integrity of its web site and the links placed upon it and therefore requests any feedback on not only its own site, but for sites it links to as well (including if a specific link does not work).

All transactions are conducted in Pounds Sterling. If in doubt about the conversion rate to currencies other than Sterling, please e-mail us with the details of your order and we will calculate the accurate price in your own currency before accepting the order. Shipping Methods:

Orders are sent to you either via APC or DPD Local and will be at your expense. Please contact us if you require special delivery services, prices for which will be quoted upon request.

An e-mail will be sent to you, once your order has been dispatched for delivery.

We will always try to dispatch your goods within 3 days of receipt of order, assuming we have the item/s in stock. Delivery to UK addresses is usually the next day and overseas addresses between 2 to 5 days later. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas.

There may also be occasional delivery restrictions to certain countries, due to political or economic restrictions or natural disasters.

Should your order be affected we will notify you immediately and endeavour to find a suitable alternative.

Carriage Costs:

The delivery charges quoted on the website cover delivery via Royal mail Recorded Signed For™ for the UK or via Royal mail International Signed For™ and will be at your expense. Please contact us if you require special delivery services, prices for which will be quoted upon request.

Our preferred way of taking payment is Credit or Debit Card secured transaction via Paypal. We do not store credit/debit card details. If you preferred not to pay by card, please contact us so we can advise you accordingly.

Invoices & Receipts:

We send a receipt for all orders, either with the goods or to follow in the post, except those sent to third parties as Gifts. In these cases we send a separate receipt direct to the purchaser.

Returns Policy:

BeauFort London operates a full 15-day Returns Policy. We hope you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from our website. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 15 days of receipt, unused, with it’s original packaging and label, insurance covered and post-paid, together with the receipt we sent you. Please let us know ahead by contacting us, stating the reason for returning the goods. Before sending the items back to us, you must wait for us to send you a confirmation of return, which will give you further instructions to help you send the goods back to us.

Once the goods are with us, we will refund the full value of the goods, using the same method as the original payment (i.e. a credit card purchase will be refunded through your credit card account). Please note that the cost of the shipping cannot be refunded.

Please return your parcel to our offices at:

BeauFort London, C/O J. Floris Ltd
Unit 3, Tiverton Trade Centre
Lowman Way
EX16 6SR

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing the order. If you do so and the product has already been dispatched please refer to the above return policy.

Descriptions and Product Information:

We have made every effort to represent the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However due to differences in monitors we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will reflect the true colour of the product. If you have any questions about the product you may of course contact us.

We check and double check the quality of our products during and after production, as well as before sending it to you. But due to the anodising process involved in the finishing of some of our products, there possibly could be a very slight variation within the colour.

Damaged Goods:

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage which occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. However, should you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods, let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier’s insurers. If the parcel you receive is battered, please note the fact when you sign for it, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as “Damaged package; goods not yet inspected” to warn the carrier that a claim may follow.

Defaulted Products:

In the event you should receive a product that presents a manufacturing default, please get in touch with us so we can arrange repair, exchange or refund.

Please do not send us the goods before getting in touch with us.

Title to the Goods:

Title for goods belongs to BeauFort London until your full payment is cleared, at which point it transfers to you in its entirety.

Discounts and vouchers:

A discount cannot be used in conjunction with another offer. BeauFort London reserves it’s right to deny a purchase that would have resulted from a misuse of a promotion code.

Discounts can apply to gift cards products. Please note that in case of a refund the gift card will be refunded at the price it was purchased.

Bespoke Goods:

Bespoke orders are available upon request and are subject to feasibility. A different return policy applies, see above. Customers are fully responsible for options of customisation. We are of course more than happy to provide support and will strive to accomodate you with the best experience possible.

Unavailable Goods:

In the event that we cannot ship your whole order within 72 hours of receipt, we will usually dispatch a part order and notify you with regard to items delayed through lack of stock. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your choice of goods for some while, or at all, we will contact you for instructions. Providing a telephone number or e-mail address with your order makes it easier for us to contact you in this event.

The payment can be refunded fully, or we can arrange an exchange . If additional costs apply for a price difference you will be contacted for your information, as we do not retain credit card information from our customer.

Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction:

All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the English legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts. In the event of disagreement between BeauFort London and its clients, which cannot be mutually resolved in a reasonable time period, customers are invited to participate in a mediation process to settle the dispute. However, this is not compulsory and does not affect the consumer’s rights to bring legal proceedings against BeauFort London. If the mediation process is agreed, then either party may ask the Institute of Directors (UK) to appoint a mediator to settle any dispute before bringing the matter into the legal process. In this event, both parties agree to be bound by the decisions of such mediator and mediation process.
